E-mail Print PDF

Satellite mapping technology has made a huge discovery in the number of emperor penguins! This technology allowed for researchers to find that there are twice as many emperor penguins than previously thought. Not only did the technology help in this matter but, they have found that it will help in monitoring the effect of the environmental changes on this breed. Researchers no long will have to endure the dangerous temperatures of -58 degrees to learn more about this species.
